Open Diamond Mat — Warm White

The quietest of the knotted weaves. Instead of filling the mat, the knots trace the outlines of large diamonds and leave the ground between them flat and smooth.

That makes it the flattest knotted mat we make and the fastest of them to dry, because most of the surface is plain weave rather than rope. It is also the one to choose if a heavily textured mat would be too much in a small bathroom.

The trade-off is underfoot: there is less to sink into than the deep diamond, and it reads as a woven mat with a pattern rather than as a piece of texture.
